Trend Wire Group accepts guest posts, expert quotes and columns from outside contributors on health, technology and AI, crypto and gaming: clinicians, founders, builders, analysts, critics and early-career writers with a real subject to report. Pitches are agreed before a word is written, and every piece goes through the same editorial desk, and the same contributor guidelines, as our own.
Which titles accept guest posts?

Four ways in, from a quote to a column.
A full article
800 to 1,500 words on a question readers of that title are actually asking, with your byline and an author page.
An expert quote
Three paragraphs on a story we are already reporting. The fastest way to appear on a title: named, credentialed and quoted in full.
A thread, expanded
Something you already posted on LinkedIn or X, rebuilt as a proper piece with sources, your byline and a permanent home.
A regular column
After two published pieces, a recurring slot on one title. Cadence and scope are agreed together.
What do contributors get?
A real author page
Photo, bio, credentials and one link, on every piece you publish with us.
A permanent byline
On a title that people searching your subject already read, indexed and kept.
A working editor
Every piece is edited for accuracy and structure by the same desk that edits our own. You see the changes before it goes live.
Clips and a recommendation
Early-career writers get published clips, edits they can learn from, and a LinkedIn recommendation from the editor.
Standard contributions are unpaid. Commissioned and sponsored work is a separate, disclosed arrangement, agreed before the pitch is accepted and labelled on the page.
What are the rules for a guest post?
Length
800 to 1,500 words for articles. Three paragraphs for an expert quote. Longer only if the reporting needs it.
Original
Written by you and not published elsewhere. A thread you own can be expanded into a piece; a press release or a company blog cannot.
Sourced and dated
Every claim points to a study, a filing, a document or a named person. Every number carries a date. If it cannot be sourced, it comes out.
No promotional intros
No product pitches and no paragraphs about how great your company is. If the piece concerns your own company, say so plainly and we label it as disclosed.
Links
One link in your author bio, marked nofollow. Links in the body point to sources only and are chosen by the editor. No paid, exchanged or reciprocal links, on any title, at any price.
Plain language
Short sentences, sentence case, jargon defined the first time it appears. Written for a reader who is searching, not for a peer.
Checks
Every draft is run through plagiarism and AI-detection checks before an editor reads it. Drafts that fail are declined without further discussion.
Editing
We edit for accuracy, structure and house style. You approve the final version. Where we disagree on a fact, the source decides; where we disagree on style, the editor does.
Turnaround
Pitches we want to pursue get a reply within seven days. Edited drafts come back within ten working days. The publication date is set with you.
Rights
You keep copyright and grant the group a permanent licence to publish. You may republish two weeks after it goes live, with a link back to the original.
Health Trend Wire only publishes credentialed contributors.
Health is a subject where a wrong sentence can hurt someone, and search engines hold health sites to a higher standard for the same reason. Pieces for Health Trend Wire come from a registered dietitian, physician, physiotherapist, psychologist or research scientist we can verify, or carry the name of the clinician who reviewed them. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pitch first. Write once it is agreed.
Pitch
Send the title, the topic, the angle in one sentence, three bullets of what the piece will say, and your credentials. Not a draft.
Agree
If we want it, we reply within seven days and agree length, deadline, disclosure and your bio link in writing. Nothing is written before this.
Write and edit
You send the draft. It is checked for sources, plagiarism and AI generation, then edited. You approve the final version.
Publish
It goes live on the title with your author page. We share it across the group and you share it with your byline.
Send a pitch, not a draft.
By email
Write to info@trendwiregroup.com with the subject line Pitch · [title]. Include the topic, the angle in one sentence, three bullets and your credentials.
Expert sources
Clinicians, founders, lawyers and researchers who would rather be quoted than write: send your credential and the questions you can speak to, with the subject line Expert source · [title]. We come to you when a story needs you.
Students and early-career writers
Pitch the same way. Say where you study or what you have published, and which title you read. We edit closely and you leave with clips.
Terms
The defaults on this page are the group's standing terms. The terms for any single piece, including anything commissioned or sponsored, are agreed in writing before it is written.
Before you pitch.
Do you accept guest posts?
Yes. Health, technology and AI, crypto and gaming guest posts are accepted on the matching title, under the contributor guidelines on this page: original, sourced and dated, no promotional intros, one nofollow link in the author bio, checked for plagiarism and AI generation, edited by a working desk.
Do you sell guest posts or links?
No. We do not sell guest posts, sponsored links or link insertions on any title, and emails offering to buy them are not answered. Sponsored content is a separate arrangement, labelled on the page, and never carries a dofollow link in the body.
Which niches can I write about?
Health, nutrition, fitness and mental health for Health Trend Wire; AI, software and technology for AI Newspedia; Bitcoin, crypto, Web3 and regulation for BTC Newz; video games, esports and the games industry for Gaming Trend Wire. Cybersecurity and fashion titles are coming and take pitches now.
Do you pay contributors?
Standard contributions are unpaid. What you get is the author page, the byline and the bio link on a title with real readers. Commissioned and sponsored work is a separate, disclosed arrangement that we discuss before the pitch is accepted.
Can I link to my company or product?
One link in your author bio, marked nofollow. Links inside the article are for sources only and are chosen by the editor. We do not sell, trade or accept links in the body of any piece.
Do you accept AI-written articles?
No. Every draft is checked for AI generation and plagiarism before an editor reads it, and drafts that fail are declined. Use whatever tools you like for research; the writing, the sources and the judgement have to be yours.
Do I need credentials to write for Health Trend Wire?
Yes. Health Trend Wire only publishes contributors with a clinical or scientific credential we can verify, or a piece reviewed by a named clinician we assign. Anonymous health writing is not accepted on any terms.
Can I republish my article elsewhere?
Yes, two weeks after it goes live, with a link back to the original on our title. You keep the copyright.
Can I write for more than one title?
Yes. Pitch each title separately, because each desk decides for itself.
How long before I hear back?
We reply to pitches we want to pursue within seven days. If you have not heard from us by then, take it as a pass and pitch something else.
